Chief Investigator Donnie Stevens was appointed to the Maryland State Police in 1971 and retired in 1995. During his career, he served as a uniformed trooper for 7 years and was then transferred to the Criminal Investigation Division until his retirement. During his career he conducted numerous investigations involving homicide, armed robbery, breaking and entering, child abuse, rape, sexual offenses, missing persons, civil cases, domestic cases, fraud, and forgery
cases.
